Deals
Deals are the opportunities you are working to win. Each deal belongs to a pipeline and sits in one of its stages. Use this page to create deals, move them through stages, and keep their value and close date accurate.
Create a deal
Go to CRM → Deals and select Add deal. You can also select New deal on a contact or company page.
Choose the Company and Contacts involved.
Enter a Deal name.
Add the Amount, Currency, and Revenue type (Annual, Monthly, or One-time).
Choose the Pipeline and Stage, an Owner, and an Expected close date.
Create the deal.
View your deals
On the Deals page you can:
Switch between the board view and the list view.
Choose a pipeline from Pipeline: when your workspace has more than one.
Search with Search deals... and narrow the list with filters.
Use the display menu to choose which properties appear and whether to Show empty stages.
In the list view, group deals by Stage, Owner, or Stage Type.
Move a deal to another stage
In the board view, drag the deal card to another stage column.
On the deal page, select a stage in the stage path, or change Stage in the details panel.
Each stage has a default win probability. You can override a deal's probability in the Probability field.
Deal details
Open a deal to see its Summary, Signals with the deal's health score, linked tasks, and activity. The details panel contains:
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Stage and Pipeline | Where the deal sits in your sales process. Changing the pipeline moves the deal to that pipeline's first stage. |
Amount and Revenue type | The deal value and whether it is annual, monthly, or one-time. Recurring deals also show MRR and ARR. |
Deal type | New business, Existing business, Expansion, or Renewal, or inherit the pipeline's default. |
Close date | When you expect to close. |
Probability | Chance of winning, from 0 to 100. |
Owner | The workspace member responsible, or Unassigned. |
The Customer section shows the company or independent contact the deal belongs to, and People lists the other contacts involved. See Associations.
The deal header also offers Send email and Delete deal. Deleting a deal can't be undone.
Deal health
Helpin calculates a deal health score from 0 to 100 using deal activity, signals, and progress. Deals with a score below 40, an overdue close date, or no update for seven days appear under Deals to review on the CRM Overview page. See Evidence and deal health.
