Companies
Companies are the organizations your contacts work for and your deals belong to. Use this page to add companies, keep their details current, and see everything about an account in one place.
Add a company
Go to CRM → Companies.
Select Add company.
Enter the Company Name. It is the only required field.
Optionally add the Domain (for example,
example.com), Industry, Employees, Annual Revenue, and Description.Select Create.
Find companies
Type in Search companies... to find a company.
Use Group by to group the list by Industry or Owner.
Work on a company
Select a company to open its page. You can rename it by editing the title. The header offers New deal and Delete company. Deleting a company can't be undone.

Deals | Deals for this company, with stage, amount, owner, and close date. |
Support | Support conversations, which you can filter by status. |
Edit company details
The details panel on the right lets you edit these fields. Changes save automatically.

HQ | Headquarters location. |
CS owner | The workspace member responsible for customer success, or Unassigned. |
The panel may also show enrichment details and the records linked to the company.
Link contacts and deals
On the Overview, Deals, and other tabs, you can search for an existing record and link it to the company. When you link a company to a deal, the company becomes that deal's customer. Helpin asks you to confirm before it replaces an existing customer. See Associations.
