CRM overview
Helpin CRM keeps your customer relationships next to the support conversations, project work, and meetings that shape them. Use this page to learn what the CRM contains and where to find each part.
What the CRM tracks
Record | What it represents |
|---|---|
Contacts | People you sell to or support, with a lifecycle stage, lead status, source, and owner. |
Companies | Organizations, with domain, industry, employee count, revenue, and a customer success owner. |
Deals | Opportunities that move through the stages of a pipeline, with an amount, close date, probability, and owner. |
Activities | Notes, calls, and meetings you log against a contact, company, or deal. |
Meetings | Calls that Helpin's notetaker joined, with recordings, transcripts, and action items. |
Records link to each other, so a deal shows its customer and people, and a company shows its contacts, deals, meetings, and support conversations. See Associations.
Find your way around
Open CRM from the left rail. The CRM menu contains:
Overview: your CRM follow-ups due today, upcoming meetings, deals needing attention, and suggestions awaiting review.
Contacts, Companies, and Deals: searchable lists of your records.
Emails: email templates, sequences, and sequence activity.
Meetings: upcoming calendar calls and meeting history.
Playbooks and Signals: customer situations that need attention and the processes that handle them.
The icons at the bottom of the CRM menu open Pipelines, Email Accounts, and Autonomy settings.
Use the Overview page
The CRM Overview page shows four counts at the top:
Count | What it includes |
|---|---|
CRM follow-ups | Your open tasks linked to CRM records that are due today or overdue. |
Meetings today | Upcoming calendar meetings that start today. |
Deals to review | Open deals with an overdue close date, a health score below 40, or no update for seven days or more. |
Awaiting review | Suggestions waiting for someone to approve or dismiss them. |
Select a count to open the matching page. When nothing needs attention, the page shows Your CRM is caught up.
How AI helps
Helpin can read connected email, meeting notes, and CRM activity to produce signals, record summaries, and suggestions such as creating a deal or changing its stage. Suggestions wait for a person to review them unless an admin has configured deal automation to act directly. See CRM suggestions and Deal automation settings.
