CRM suggestions

CRM suggestions are recommended actions that Helpin prepares from customer evidence, such as creating a deal after a buying signal or moving a deal forward after real progress. A person reviews each suggestion before anything changes, unless an admin has set up deal automation to act directly. Use this page to find, approve, and dismiss suggestions.

Types of suggestions

Suggestion

What it proposes

New deal

Create a deal for a customer showing buying intent.

Stage change

Move an existing deal to a later stage.

Follow up

Get back in touch with a customer.

Risk alert

Pay attention to a customer or deal that shows risk.

Enrichment

Add missing details to a record.

Playbook action

A step proposed by one of your Playbooks.

Find suggestions waiting for review

  • On CRM → Overview, the Awaiting review count shows how many suggestions are pending. Select it to open them.

  • On CRM → Signals, set Signal status to Needs approval. Use Assignment to show everyone's items, Assigned to me, My teams, or Unassigned.

Review a suggestion

  1. Open the signal or recommendation. Helpin shows the proposed action with its source evidence.

  2. Open Recommendation details to see the context recorded when the suggestion was created, such as the contact, company, deal, proposed stage, and Recommendation confidence.

  3. Select Review action.

  4. Check the details, then confirm:

    • Create deal creates the deal right away with the pipeline, stage, and customer shown.

    • Change stage moves the deal to the proposed stage right away.

    • Approve records your decision for other suggestion types. It does not send a message or change a record, so complete the follow-through yourself.

You need permission to edit CRM records to approve or dismiss suggestions.

Dismiss a suggestion

  1. Select Dismiss.

  2. Choose a Reason: Evidence is incorrect, Wrong person or account, Duplicate recommendation, Not relevant, Already handled, or Bad timing.

  3. Confirm.

Your reason helps Helpin measure how accurate its signals are.
