What is Helpin?

Helpin is an AI work operating system. It connects project management, customer support, sales and CRM, and documentation in one workspace, and adds AI agents that plan, build, triage, follow up, and keep documentation up to date across your teams.

Instead of stitching together separate tools for tasks, tickets, deals, and wikis, you define work in Helpin and let people and agents carry it through to a usable outcome — with shared context the whole way.

The modules

Helpin is organized into modules. Each one covers a part of your work, and they all share the same workspace, people, and data.

• Projects (PM) — plan and deliver work with objectives, epics, tasks, sprints, and team workflows. Your personal My Work view shows what is assigned to you and what you requested.

• Support — an AI-first shared inbox for chat widget and email conversations. The AI support agent answers routine questions first and hands off to a teammate with full context when needed.

• CRM — track contacts, companies, and deals, and connect them to the rest of your work.

• Docs — an internal knowledge base for your team and, when you want it, a public help center for your customers.

• Automation — flows and agents that act on your behalf across the other modules.

How the modules connect

Because everything lives in one workspace, work moves between modules without copying it around:

• Documents can link to epics, tasks, and objectives, and PM items can embed documents.

• CRM deals, contacts, and companies can link to docs such as proposals and call notes.

• The AI support agent reads your docs to answer customers, and Coverage Gaps points you to the documentation that is missing.

• Support conversations show linked tasks, CRM records, and docs in the conversation Details panel.

• Flows can create or update documents, and agents can author or propose doc changes for human review.

AI agents that work with your team

Agents in Helpin can work autonomously or with human approval — you decide. They share context with each other and with your team, and they escalate to a person when they need help.

You can also build custom agents: choose the tools an agent can use, what it targets, when it runs, and whether its actions need approval. Helpin supports multiple AI providers, including Claude and GPT.

Your data stays yours

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, is never shared across workspaces, and is never used to train models. Read more in Security overview.
