Help Center

The Help Center is Helpin's public knowledge base — a branded, searchable, multilingual site built from your external-capable Docs spaces. Customers read it without an account; you author and maintain it entirely from the Docs module.

Pages in this section

  • Help center overview — what the public site is and how it's structured.

  • Publish documents to the help center — the publish workflow and snapshots.

  • Public help center navigation — home page, spaces, collections, and articles.

  • Public article pages — rendering, metadata, and feedback.

  • Public search — how customers find answers, including AI answers.

  • Help center customization & branding — domains, branding, theme, and layout.

  • Multilingual / localization — locales, translations, and fallbacks.

  • SEO for public docs — search-engine indexing, metadata, and structured data.

  • Article feedback — helpful/not-helpful signals and view counts.

  • Redirects management — keeping old URLs alive.

  • Help center imports — bringing in external help centers.

The 60-second mental model

  1. Mark a space external-capable.

  2. Set up the help center config (subdomain or custom domain, brand, theme).

  3. Publish individual articles from that space.

  4. Customers browse your help center at https://{subdomain}.helpin.center (or your custom domain) and read articles at https://{subdomain}.helpin.center/articles/{article-slug}, with full-text search.

  5. Iterate in Docs — publish updates when ready; unpublished changes never leak.
