Overview

Docs permissions decide who can read, write, publish, and administer knowledge — across every space in the workspace, with per-space team restrictions layered on top.

Pages in this section

  • Docs access & sharing — roles, space visibility, share links, and locks.

  • Module access control — Docs and Projects are available to every member; CRM, Support, and Automation are granted by team or member.

The mental model

  1. Module access — Docs is available to every workspace member; module access only gates CRM, Support, and Automation.

  2. Workspace role — Viewer / Member / Admin / Owner determines your Docs permissions.

  3. Space visibility — a space can be workspace-wide or restricted to specific teams.

  4. Document flags — share links and edit locks apply at the document level.
