The Docs library includes listing views that cut across spaces: Recent documents and My documents, alongside the all-documents library and the drafts queue.

Recent documents

Shows recently updated documents across all spaces you can read. Use it to catch up after being away — it answers "what changed in Docs while I was out?"

My documents

Shows documents you own, including archived ones. This is your personal watchlist: specs you're shepherding, guides you maintain, docs where you're the review owner.

The all-documents library

The library view lists every document you can read with:

• Search and filters — by title, status (draft/published/archived), space, and owner.

• Sorting — by last updated or title, ascending or descending.

• Table columns — status pill, space, collection, owner, and updated time.

• Row actions — open, duplicate, move, publish/unpublish (permitted), archive/unarchive, and delete.

Drafts

Drafts collects every unpublished document. Use it during review cycles to see what's still in flight, then publish from here or from the document itself. Drafts and publishes are covered in Document drafts & publishing.

Tips

• Combine My documents with the review cadence (spaces' default review days) to keep your docs fresh — overdue reviews surface in the overview.

• Owners are credited on version history entries and comments, so "my documents" is also an accountability list.
