My Work

My Work is your personal view of project work across your teams. It shows tasks assigned to you and tasks you requested, so you can decide what to do next without opening each team separately.

Open My Work

In the sidebar, open Projects and choose My Work.

The page has two tabs: Assigned to me and Requested by me.

Work through tasks assigned to you

  1. Choose the Assigned to me tab.

  2. Review your active tasks. Each task shows its state, priority, and due date, and a blocked task is marked clearly.

  3. Open a task to act on it: move it to the next state, adjust the due date, or leave a comment.

Completed tasks are kept separate from active work, so your current queue stays readable.

Follow up on tasks you requested

  1. Choose the Requested by me tab.

  2. Check the current state of each request and follow up where needed.

This tab is useful when you coordinate work you do not own. Instead of tracking requests in a separate list, return to My Work and see their current status.

Tip: A task you requested appears under Requested by me, not under Assigned to me. Use Assigned to me for work you own.

Use the signals to prioritize

  • Overdue or due soon — check the task's next step today.

  • Blocked — a dependency must be resolved before the task can proceed. See Task links & dependencies.

  • State and priority — confirm they still reflect reality and update them if they do not.

My Work is most useful when the underlying tasks are accurate, so keep ownership, due dates, and workflow states current.

Who sees what

  • Workspace admins see tasks across all teams in the workspace.

  • Other members see tasks from the teams they belong to.

If you do not belong to a team and are not an admin, the page cannot show that team's work. Ask a workspace administrator or the team owner to add you to the team.
