Saved views
Save a view when you want to return to the same project focus without rebuilding it. A saved view is a named shortcut to a configured board, list, or timeline.
Save your current setup
Configure a view: choose board, list, or timeline, then set filters, grouping, sorting, and the columns you want visible.
Choose Save view, give the view a clear name, and save it. Use a name that tells people what they will see, such as "My high-priority work" or "Mobile team — current sprint."
A saved view preserves its view type (board, list, or timeline), applied filters, grouping and sorting, and the visible list columns.
Use views as tabs
Saved views appear as tabs at the top of the Tasks page. Select a tab to return to that view's saved configuration.
This makes recurring work faster. You might keep one view for your team's active sprint, one for unassigned requests, and another for high-priority work.
Share a view
A personal saved view is visible only to you. Share a view with other workspace members when it represents a useful team workflow, review, or planning lens. In the save dialog, choose Personal or Shared — a personal view shows "Only visible to you", and a shared view shows "Visible to everyone in this workspace".
Keep personal views for individual working preferences. Share views that the whole team should use the same way, and use clear names so similar tabs are easy to tell apart.
Keep saved views useful
Review a saved view when your team's workflow or reporting needs change, and update its filters and display to keep it focused.
