Display / column settings
Adjust the list display so the information you need is visible without unnecessary columns. For working with the list itself — sorting, grouping, and editing rows — see List / Table view.
Choose visible columns
In the list/table view, use the column visibility settings to show or hide fields. The available standard fields include display ID, type, title, state, priority, owners, epic, sprint, estimate, labels, and due date. Custom fields can also appear as columns when your workspace defines them.
Show the fields that support the decision you are making. Hide fields that add noise for the current task. For example:
Assignment review: show Owner, State, and Priority.
Sprint planning: show Epic, Sprint, Estimate, and Labels.
Deadline review: show Title, Due date, and State.
Keep the title visible when possible, so every row remains easy to identify.
Build a focused working view
Column visibility works alongside sorting, grouping, and filters. You might group by epic and show estimate to plan scope, then switch to a deadline-focused set of columns for a due-date review.
Choose a small, relevant set of columns before reviewing a large number of rows. A focused display makes patterns easier to spot and reduces scrolling.
Preserve a useful display
Your visible list columns can be saved with a saved view, together with its filters, grouping, and sorting. Create a saved view for a repeatable setup, such as sprint planning or an overdue-work review, instead of changing visible columns each time.
