Helpin MCP (public MCP server)

Helpin MCP is Helpin's public Model Context Protocol server. It lets AI clients such as Codex, Claude, Cursor, and VS Code work directly with your Helpin workspace, so you can research, plan, and hand off work without copying context between tools.

What it enables

• Search your workspace and read tasks, documents, CRM records, and support conversations.

• Create and update tasks, epics, sprints, and objectives.

• Create documents, make precise block-level edits, and, with explicit permission, publish to your Help Center.

• Organize support conversations without ever sending a customer reply.

• Start a Helpin agent run and follow its progress and artifacts.

How access works

You connect with OAuth at https://mcp.helpin.ai/mcp and choose one workspace. Read-only mode is on by default, and your client can never do more than you can in Helpin. Workspace managers decide which toolsets and scopes are allowed, can create scoped service accounts for automation, and can revoke any connection instantly from Settings → AI Clients. Helpin MCP is in controlled beta, so a manager must enable it for your workspace first.
