Billing

Check your workspace's plan, AI usage, payment details, and invoices in one place. Billing in Helpin Cloud is managed per workspace: each workspace has its own plan.

Billing is available on Helpin Cloud. Self-hosted servers don't show a Billing page.

Open billing

Open Settings and select Billing at the top of the sidebar.

Who can view and change billing

Everyone in the workspace can view the billing summary and AI usage.
Only the workspace Owner or the Organization Owner can change the plan, update payment details, or cancel. Other people see a note listing who to contact.

What the billing page shows

Section	What you'll see
Plan	Your current plan and billing interval, and a status such as Active, Trial, Past due, or Canceled
Plan details	Billing period, your next charge or trial end date, and Included AI usage
Extra AI usage	A switch to allow AI usage beyond what your plan includes, where your plan supports it
AI usage	How much of your included AI usage is used and remaining, and when it resets
Billing management	Links to manage payment and invoices

Change your plan

Select Change plan (or Choose plan if your workspace needs a plan to continue).
Choose monthly or annual billing and compare plans. Detailed comparison and FAQs help you decide.
Select the plan you want and review the preview in Confirm plan change before you confirm.

If you're on monthly billing, you may also see Switch to annual.

Manage payment details and invoices

In Billing management:

Option	What it does
Change payment method	Update the card used for payments
Update address details	Change the billing address on your invoices
View invoices	See and download past invoices
Cancel subscription	End your subscription

These open our secure payment provider's portal.

If your workspace is locked

If a trial ends or a payment is overdue, the workspace is locked and only the billing page is available. An owner can choose a plan or update payment details to restore access.
